How does JBI Resources, LLC estimating Work?
1. Introduction - Contact us.
2. Onboarding - We will send you our onboarding form so we can understand your business and structure.
3. Submit Plans for Cost - We will provide you with the cost to perform the estimate.
4. Approve of JBI Resources, LLC estimate cost - Once you approve the order we get to work immediately. Vendor and sub-contract RFQ's are sent by us or by you.
5. Estimate Review - JBI Resources, LLC sends you the estimate for review with a copy of the take-off, if required.
What should I expect to receive for my estimate?
Depending on your request, our typical estimate is a complete take-off and cost roll-up of labor, material, equipment, and sub-contractor costs. A list of exclusions is provided for your consideration.
Can you write a proposal letter for us?
Absolutely, we are seasoned in the field of technical and commercial proposal writing and offer our standard template as a starting point.
We were asked to provide a time and material rate sheet. Can you provide this?
Of course, time and material rates can be involved so it will require some detailed communication on your company's structure to develop. Accurate T&M rates are crucial to a successful and profitable T&M project.
What kind of project controls services to do you offer?
We provide full project controls services including schedule development and updating, schedule of values development and updating, level 1-4 scheduling, progress report development and updating, S-Curve development and updating, and cost forecasting
Can you provide electrical drawings?
Yes. Through our design division, we can develop new plans, details, one-line diagrams, and panel schedules on our standard border or your border. We also can provide as-built drawing services for your project turnover package. While we can create the drawings, we do not offer sealed/stamped plans.
In addition of electrical plans, we offer 3D modeling, house plans, and .dwg, .dxf, and .svg files for machining and laser/plasma cutting.
What kind of procurement services can you provide?
JBI Resources, LLC has deep relationships with many distributors and manufacturers that allows us to assist our clients with expediting deliveries and competitive pricing.
We can source cable, wire, cable tray, conduit, panelboards, switchgear, motor control centers, lighting package, low-voltage lighting control systems, obsolete and hard to find parts, and more.
Can you provide custom nameplates?
JBI Resources, LLC engraving division provides high quality laser engraved acrylic tags and nameplates to all industries. We can provide just about any option that you may need for industrial and commercial tagging.
